It is a multi-purpose use pallet with a high loading capacity, fully galvanized, highly recommended for cold storage and food transportation. It has three main components and their functions are as follows :
POST:
The post is made from 50mm x 50mm x 4mm thick M.S angle of good quality with over all length 1750mm. It can be easily erected and dismantled by using fastening bolts. The main purpose of using the angle is, it is strong and light in weight. A flat bar of 25mm x 5mm is welded to the base frame at around 100mm from ground level as a bracing member.
TOP:
It is made of 40mm x 40mm x 4mm thick M.S angle and used as top, which holds the post straight. There is an angle welded on top of each corner of the post as a holder for stacking facility i.e. (3:1).
BASE:
The base frame is made of 10m diameter M.S bar designed in such a way that it can be lifted from all sides. 6mm diameter bar is welded on top of the base frame at the distance of 3 to 4 cm., This bar act as a platform to keep storing item as it is fully open for air ventilation. Therefore, it does not collect moisture and bacteria, so the stored item will remains fresh.
